The hotel we stayed at during our city break had a great location near the city and was well maintained by the staff. The food was decent and the hotel also offered a friendly atmosphere for its guests.
The hotel was lacking in many areas, to begin with the room was outdated and didn't have enough towels. The language barrier with the staff made it difficult to communicate and get the help we needed.

The rooms were clean and had all the basic necessities. The hotel restaurant offered a varied menu with good food. One of the staff members, Ed, was particularly kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again!
